PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are processed on a Geo Trust SSL Secure Server via Authorize Net so you can feel confident that when shopping with us your information is secure. Charges will appear on your statement as Shakespeare's Bride DBA to-be greetings.

We also accept payments by check or money order. To make a payment by check or money order, please select the "pay by check" option during online checkout.

After ordering, please send checks made payable to our parent company Shakespeare's Bride to:

Orders paid by check will be processed and shipped the next business day after your check has cleared.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Within the United States we offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Wholesale orders do not qualify for expedited shipping. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, and will be shipped the next business day after they are placed, unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping times listed on this site are estimates from the US Postal Service and are in business days. Shipping times do NOT include in house processing time. Check orders will be not be processed and shipped until your check has been received and cleared.

We currently only ship to the United States, it's territories and Canada. For shipments to Canada all import charges, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. International orders can sometimes be accepted through special arrangement. If you are interested in placing an international order to a country we don't currently serve, please contact us.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

to-be wants shopping with us to be a pleasant experience in every way. While we our confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in the event you would like to return or exchange an item, we accept unused/ unopened merchandise in original condition within 7 days of the date your order was received. Holiday merchandise may not be returned after December 25. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded, and that return/ exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. to-be is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your refund to your original form of payment. Exchanges will incur additional shipping costs for the exchanged product to be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on this website. However, as the actual colors you will see displayed depend on your monitor's calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exactly accurate.


SALES TAX

Residents of the state of Tennessee will be charged sales tax at the current rate of 9.25%.
